Abraham, (Abe) "Biggsy" Courette, was born and raised in a dry county, in the smoky blue mountains of Tennessee. He left as a teenager, mostly due to the incessant noise of smoke alarms, for the famed 9th ward of New Orleans, where he learned to play slide guitar from a pizza vendor named Vinnie Muhammed.
He eventually made his way to the gulf coast of Florida, which is considerably wetter than Tennessee, began performing as Ebenezer Louis Ford, and started to make his presence known in the local bars. Actually, he just started a tab in most of them. He continues to write challenging songs, and he frequents the Angry Pepper smoke shack, where he is a champion trivia master.

"Home" is as serious as "Makin' Meatballs" is funny. Love both styles, they fit my eclectic taste buds
