I have been writing songs since I was thirteen years old and have had a great performance life opening for The Bus Boys, Al Stewart, Stephen Bishop, Chris Cagel and Glen Campbell. I started singing commercials in my teens and racked up a nice resume' singing Heinz Ketchup, Avis Rent-a Car, Toshiba and IBM commercials to name a few. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music and Theatre. I have shared the stage with Patti LaBelle, Jermaine Jackson, Willy Nelson, and Kenny Rodgers and LeAnn Rhimes.

I am a Lilith Fair winner, and a recipient of The Los Angeles Singer/Songwriter of the year award as well as The John Lennon Songwriting Contest. My first Cd, entitled, "Simple" won Best Female Indy Cd of the year by Music Connection Magazine. The second album/cd entiitled, "Beautful L.A.", won me Singer/Songwriter of the year. Some of my television placements include Strong Medicine, Party of Five, Dawson's Creek and Beautiful People. I am the composer and musical director for a television show called, "I Can Fairytales". I love helping artists perfect the art of songwriting. I have written a great book called, "10 Easy Steps to Writing a Song." It is an interactive manual where the reader actually writes songs as he/she reads. It is a book of doingnesses and everyone that reads it had three songs by the finish of the manual!

I have a studio in my home that was in the movie, The Last Waltz. It originally came from a studio called Shangri-la in Malibu where Bonnie Rait, Karla Bonoff and Mark Knoffler recorded their albums. I write, arrange and produce out of my studio with my partner veteran engineer Richard P. Robinson.....(his credits include some small guys like Fleetwood Mac and The Rolling Stones.)

I collaborate with other great singer/songwriters and have helped them with their musical projects.

I am a member of Artist For a Better World where I help the artist community become more aware of business tools they can use to get their careers off the ground.

I have a very active production schedule as I am constantly performing, arranging and producing music with and for my recording projects, writing for film and television, with other artists, with my band Size 7 Hat, composing music for theatrical productions, hosting showcases, collaborating, and teaching songwriting.
