so i visualized it as the very tip of the instrument my father/grandfather was using to heat and weld the metal. if i could narrow my airways to that fine a beam, then i could create a thread of sound enough to play over the droning fundamental; my best impression of the didgeridu.
i mean i knew the anatomy, after all. i'd studied it intensely. i've intubated 20 or so living people and another 10 cadavers. i knew the harm i'd done over the years to my own tissues were oddly stepping stones , in their own mercurial way.
if i can just get the ratio...
there it is! is it mine? i can't wait to give it away.
