Dave Greer

Dave is a singer songwriter and has been putting his words to music for many years. His music is easy to listen to and his voice is very soothing to the soul. A majority of his songs were written from experiences that he has had throughout his life.

He was born in Grand Island, NE to Ralph and Nelia Greer; when he was 5 years old, his family moved to Colorado and then to Phoenix, AZ. Dave is married to Mary and together they have raised their three children: Cole; Sierra; and Lauren, all of whom he is very proud of.

Dave taught himself the guitar at age 19 and started writing his own songs shortly thereafter. He can sing over 150 cover songs from other artists that he admires and has written 68 songs of his own.

Some of the songs he has written include "Montana Morning", "23 Steps to Heaven", "Friday Feeling", "Stickhorse", "Gotta Get Away", "Save a Seat for Me", "Can You Hear Me Now" and many more that are on his list. I am sure if you get a chance to listen to him you will not be disappointed.

His accomplishments are singing for The Arizona Beef Council 100 year anniversary for Arizona's Cattleman's Association in Prescott, AZ, Rawhide, Bookman's Book Store in Flagstaff, AZ, toured Borders Books throughout AZ, the 125th Year Anniversary for the Phoenix Police Department; KAFF Radio in Flagstaff, AZ, Arizona's Agricultural Day (they love Dave and continue to request him back every year), Fountain Hills, AZ Library (they keep asking him back too), the Fountain Hills Library Book Fair, KRIM Radio in Payson, AZ along with doing benefits for The Arizona Beef Council and a Community Safety Awareness Program in the Phoenix area.
