Dan Mylotte has been making music on computers since the floppy drive was more common than the CD-ROM. Dan's sound draws heavily from both electronic and organic elements. By fusing authentic electric, acoustic, and nylon guitars with layers of synths, soundscapes, highly arranged orchestral elements, traditional percussion sounds and ethnic instruments, as well as exquisitely detailed drum programming far surpassing both a typical drum loop and the limits of a live drummer, he creates the best of both worlds - the precision and clarity of the electronic environment with the raw intensity of acoustic instruments. Stylistically, Dan draws from a deep knowledge of 20th century music across a vast range of rock, jazz, blues, and country but with an ear for the elusive recipe of old and new.

Hey Dan, Loved Long Goodbyes! For a short song, it makes a long impression. Reminds me of my Troubled Tears. Sending you a Pal request because I know how much snow blows in Buffalo. - Nick

Nick, thanks very much for listening. Just wrote this for an ad submission - that's why it's so short - so let's hope they feel the same way
