Daniel began writing music in high school when he struck up a relationship with his best friend's older brothers, who were studying film in college.

Since then, Beahm has continued to compose music for film, television, stage, dance and multi-media and now performs with several music incarnations across a multitude of genres including singer/songwriter, electronica, classical and pop-lounge (or "Swank Rock" as Daniel calls it). With over 200 songs to his credit, Dan Beahm is prolific to say the least.

Beahm now lives in Denver, CO (with frequent trips to LA) where he continues to write and record for film, television, multi-media and album projects and also continues to write, record and perform solo as Dan Beahm and The Invisible Three, and with his band projects, DB3 and Cats or Cars.

He has also begun producing/directing feature films.
