As an A&R Executive, Eesean is responsible for identifying, developing and bringing in new talent. A native of Sacramento, CA, Eesean's passion for music began at an early age as the son of a member of an R&B group who went on to have regional success in the early 90s.

His journey in the music business began as an intern at Interscope records in the A&R department. Always exercising his creativity and knowledge of music, he connected with high-level A&R executives across multiple labels and began scouting talent for them. His hustle paid off when he was hired on in as a vIce President of the A&R dept for Epic Records.
