Tina. Excuse my unsolicited message. The reason I write is that I noticed that you, like I, had won the opportunity to work with Nicole Wray. That was way back in February. To date I'm still waiting for a contract or any indication of what is required from me. Are you in the same position as me, or have you had any update? I would contact Broadjam direct but I don't want to rock any boat. 'The Memory of Your Love' is a really beautiful song by the way. Regards David

Thanks Tina. It's slightly reassuring that we're in the in the same position. As I said I do not want to seem too pushy. However if we don't hear anything by Feb next year (so that's 12 months in total), I'll review the situation and think about how to proceed. I think it's important that we get some guide as to what the client's intentions are as I've been holding off submitting the song for other opportunities. Regards David

Hi Tina. Nice to hear from you. I've heard nothing further regarding the Nicole Wray opportunity, so I've written that off completely. I had a song accepted for TV/Film use, but that came to nothing as the client wanted a full album's worth of similar songs, (although there was no mention of the client wanting this in the Broadjam listing). Currently I have a song with the music supervisor for a number of US TV shows, but I'm not yet aware of any usage yet...maybe it's too early as the autumn schedule will be just beginning. Similar story with another forum namely 'Taxi.com' I've had two forwards but I've heard nothing since. So it seems we're in a similar place. It's really frustrating. Let's hope we see some success soon! Regards David
Hi! " Angels wings" is so beautiful and touching!! Yes God gives that inner strength we need to kick in at points in our lives when we feel we cannot go on!!... My parents had / have that inner strength from Him when they had to let go of their angel, Wayne when he was called to go home after the battle of a brain tumor at the young age of 7 yrs. old!! Thank you for sharing/ writing this song... We know we have a little angel in heaven now whom we will one day meet again!:)...... Many blessings... Amazing songwriting!!! Julia
