I don't know a Water Valley around here. We're about an hour-an-a-half northeast of Little Rock. Mountain View is about 45 minutes west of here, and they have a great folk music scene there.

Thanks much for taking the time to review Requiem For A Gunfighter. I thought it was right on the money. The recording was intentionally Low-Fi, but I can see where that would detract for a lot of people. I very much appreciate your remarks. Best of luck.
I enjoyed listening. Had I known the intention of the recording my ratings would have been a a lot different.I think an improvement for the reviewing system would be some way of explaining what is trying to be achieved in the performance. That would change the overall score for some. Then again an experienced listener could probably pick up on some things. I'm still learning. Thanks for posting the song.
Thanks for your review of "?". Being our first, it was great to see someone other than ourselves really digging the song and the vibe. In answer to your uncertainty on vocal "tuning", no auto tune is used on our recordings. And you could be right in the sense that we should write more tracks like that one! thanks for the review on "the one you left behind" it is the only one one i have put up that is a work in progress, hence the changes and lack of intro etc. i recorded it as i wrote it with no plans, no after mix and have a few changes to make to the lyrics before its "released" in a finished form. it wasnt, obviously, on my last album but will be on the next . cheers. tom
