Natasha, thank you for your positive review of my tune, The New Orange. It's all about the tune for me, not genre. I am pleased you appreciated the important elements. Ford

I had to look up where Lowestoft is--the most easterly settlement in the UK. Must be a lot of Viking legacy there!

Thank you for the kind review on Nostalgic Piano.

Thank you very much for the kind review. I've decided to make the changes to the strings as you suggested and it's sounding pretty good. Thanks for the review once again.

Thank for the kind review on Etude No.1 Nostalgic Piano.

Hello thank you for the review of my song "Till tha party ova" I actually made it just to get my song heard, seems these days you have to make stuff like this just to get recognition. But I have more material that is actually smarter than this and not like this, but thank you very much!!

Hi there

I understand how it is. Anything meaningful and clever gets shoved aside for something that produces the most profit. It sucks. I'll have a listen to the other stuff you have on here. And you're very welcome.

Thank you for the kind review on Freund. I'll have another listen and see what I can do about the strings since I wasn't totally happy with them but for a different reason. But the review was much appreciated.

Thank you very much for the kind review of Etude No. 1: Nostalgic Piano! It's very much appreciated! I didn't think of Arctic Ice when I made this piece but I can understand why you thought that.

Hi Natasha,
Thank-you for your review of "exotic stroll". I wish you had been more explicit in the comments section so I could understand the low score. The only thing I got from your comments was that you didn't like the guitar sound. All the same, I appreciate your review and wish you success!
Regards,
Chip

Hi Chip
I'm sorry for giving you the score that I did. I just thought it being in the middle was something good and now I think I should have put it higher.

It wasn't that I didn't like the guitar sound. I just said that it gave away the fact that all the instruments were virtual. I know it would be impossible to hire out entire string and brass sections but you did manage to give them a convincing sound which is a good thing. You can keep the guitar in there if you wish.

Again, sorry for the brief review. I thought it was compulsory to give constructive feedback as well as ones of the complimentary kind so I wrote what I wrote and I feel terrible doing that.

Still it was a good piece you have there and I'm thinking I should have marked it higher now.

Anyway, you're very welcome and wish you success.

Regards

Natasha

;) Thanks for taking the time to respond, respond, Natasha. The rating thing is really weird. I find myself having to go back and re-listen to parts when I'm reviewing so I'm not (for example) giving low marks for "arrangement" when what I really don't like is a dated instrument sound.

I listened to some of your music and gave the "cut up" piece 5 stars. Very creative and cool.

Keep up the good work.

Chip

Wow! Thanks for the 5 star mark. Now I feel terrible for giving you the mark that I did! I'm still getting used to the review system so I apologise. I'll have to check out more of your stuff.

No worries, Natasha. The whole rating system is a little hard to get used to. Don't feel badly. It's just one review.
All the best,
Chip
