Thanks for the kind review of cooking with gas. The click track was actually the sound of the igniter but if you did not know the title then I can see what you meant. Add you heard the gas. Of course the big worry is the big boom in the middle - probably took the wall paper off :-). Traveling today so can't really stream but will listen soon.nthanksbagain B
