My Secret Place and The Show Goes On have just won the demo section of The Festival of Original Music by SCALA for 2016. Frankie Was An Artist was the winner in 2015 studio section SCALA Festival of original music. Woman and Man won in 2014.I'm Not Finished Yet got a 9th place in 2015 ASA song contest. Nominated best songwriter Music Aid 2009. We All Come Home has been at number 1 in the Broadjam contemporary folk charts several times.
Other songs that have been awarded final places in various contests include MY DREAM SYDNEY MORNING, WOMAN AND MAN,THE WAY IT GOES and AFFAIR BY THE LAKE.

Thank you for your review of "Somewhere Between (My Heart and My Head)"...I recorded it with a 4track in my bedroom 10 years ago after meeting a nice girl in Toronto. She claimed I was somewhere between her heart and her head. We really only met once and the rest was hopefulness on her part. I wasn't in the same place she was I guess. I was experimenting with tunings on the guitar which gave it the modal quality. I'm actually a woodwind player so the guitar is not quite up to the level I'd like it to be. I do thank you again for checking it out.
