A veteran law enforcement officer, Chris has always had a love of country music. Writing songs and learning to play guitar as a way to relieve stress ultimately led Chris finding professional work in the local music scene. An accomplished lead guitar player, Chris has backed many of the Houston area's top singers. Chris had elected to begin working on a solo project, which became completed and released in May 2011. Chris holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration and makes his daytime living as a Criminal Justice Professor at an area community college. He remains active in the local law enforcement community. Chris and his wife of 14 years, Nancy, live in Alvin, Texas with their four children.

Thanks for the kind and honest review. You gave it a higher score than I would have. LOL. I just kind of slapped it and was curious how it would be taken in the rough. It's very interesting... some of my "country" friends have taken to the song, while others (and musicians) find it boring. Great experiment and lesson though. I'll check out some of your stuff when I get off this iPad... can't use Flash to listen to Broadjam's music. Thanks again, Chuck vanNorman.

I see that you're new to b'jam.....movement on the broadjam top-10 relies only on scores of 5......anything lower receives no acknowledgement and no movement on the charts......so, in the future, if you hear something good, don't be too finicky and give that artist the benefit of your sharpened pencil!
