I am very proud of my parents background and what they contributed to the music world. They owned the Plantation Inn Night Club, across the bridge from Memphis, Tennessee.
Among the many greats that played there or visited the club were: Willie Mitchell, Isaac Hayes, Calvin Newborn, Floyd Newman, Elvis Presley, and many more that have spread the sound of soul, rock
and blues around the world.
