In 2000 Todd moved from Philadelphia to Los Angeles where he was featured in the Top 20 Unsigned artist of 2001. His band Most Outstanding Citizens quickly made a name for themselves on the club scene. In 2002 he went to Atlanta to work with engineer and producers Nick Didea and Tony Reyes where they recorded three songs that are cuts on "Feel it in your Lymph Nodes." The song "Made it all Up" would be chosen for an internationally released compilation; Todd was the only unsigned artist on the record, which included Incubus, Moby, Ozzy, and Bonnie Rait.
He is currently working on his next album and working with other artists, while pushing his album "Feel it in your Lymph Nodes." The album combines his blue grassy roots, melodic production, twisted lyrics and unique approach to a good hook.
