Biography

The High Crimes originated in Minneapolis in November 2007. In 8 months time, they started gigging around home and wrote and recorded their debut album. 'Once Around the Barrel' was released in November 2008, less than a year after the line up had staged their first rehearsal. Experienced songwriters and stage performers, the High Crimes continue to hit their stride with high energy, soulful live gigs while working their butts off writing and rehearsing in Minneapolis. Lifetimes spent playing and listening to rock n roll have given the band an incredible ear for arrangements and hooks, and their passion shines through in every single note. They do this not only because they love to, but because they have to.
