Bio

Terminal Bliss blurs the line between electronic and rock music, like fellow post-punk influenced bands Interpol and She Wants Revenge.

The band came together when songwriter Daniel Cain and bassist Shaun Barrett were joined by drummer Tim Lydon. The three high school friends completed the line-up adding guitarist Adam Savin, and keyboardist Sarah Stevens.

Onstage Terminal Bliss features high-energy performance, theatrical lighting & video, and a fusion of electronic and acoustic instrumentation. Live performances have included such notable venues as Chicago's Metro and Double Door, CBGBs, Pianos, Knitting Factory (New York), Whisky (Los Angeles), The Pageant (St. Louis) and many others nationally.

Dubbed one of the "Next Big Things" by Suntimes critic Jim DeRogatis, Terminal Bliss has also garnered support from Chicago’s alternative radio stations (Q101, WXRT) as well as college radio. The band has strong fan support with over 35,000 fans on Myspace.

Terminal Bliss is featured on a David Bowie tribute album covering "Rebel Rebel", have a remix on Trigger10ds But The Girls Still The Same, appear on MODEified Volume 6 (A Tribute to Depeche Mode), and appear on The State of Synthpop Boxset.

The band is recording a new full length titled "Scene of The Crime" for 2007 and will follow it's release with a national tour and festival performances.
