Term Defined is a 3 piece band of young guys from the small suburban town of Etiwanda, Ca. Brought together in the summer of 2002 after Isaac (Lead vocals, guitar) was looking for a band to play along to the material that he had been bulding up over the past few years. So to make a long story short, Isaac meets Joey (drummer) and they play, then Isaac meets Norberto (bass) and then they all go to record their debut E.P. "I hope this works" in October of 2004. Now with their E.P. in hand they play shows and their E.P. is spreading in popularity like the wild fires of 2003. Its just a matter of time before this band becomes the next big thing. Term Defined Biography

With a sound that would be comparable to such bands as Blink 182 or All American Rejects and composed of three guys from the small suburban town of Etiwanda, Ca, Term Defined proves the fact that a good band is capable of showing off a highly comedic side (as in cuts like “My Father”) as well as a very deep thoughtful side (“This Song”).

Showing off all of their sides is just the start of what this trio wants to do for this earth. What originally just started off as some ideas and an acoustic guitar soon took shape when Isaac (Vocals, Lead Guitar) was playing an acoustic performance at the towns local coffee shop that benefited fighting Aids in Africa when he was approached by a local music producer (Sam “Melody” Steinbeck). “Melody” told him that he HAD to start a band and go on tour with the material that Isaac had because it was that good. So one Sunday morning at church Isaac hit up the town drummer Joey and the two began pre-production on their soon to be title “I Hope This Works” E.P.

Soon, the two felt something missing so they invited an old friend Norberto (Bass Guitar) to come jam with them. The band then entered the studio in October of 2004 and spent many long days and nights completing what is now know as the “I Hope This Works” E.P. What has been described as an “adrenaline shot of Punk w/ a Pop edge/hook “, “I Hope This Works” is the first shining achievement in what is soon to be many. After taking “I Hope This Works” on two west coast tours, and being nominated for several awards including the Inland Empire Music Awards “Best Pop Punk” band the boys keep a level head as they look to the future and figure out their place in this entire industry. Planet earth say hello to Term Defined.
