Tefman has cemented his name as one of the leaders of the Wisconsin Hip-Hop movement. Tefman has performed in over 200 live shows throughout the Midwest on a mission to share his music with the world. Hard-work and professional networking has started to take Tefman's music career to the next level. Tefman has recently shared stages with national acts such as Ludacris, T.I., Three 6 Mafia, Twista, Jay Sean,IYAZ, Jaicko, Day 26, Wiz Khalifa, Fat Joe, Nelly, E-40, The Clipse, Devin the Dude, Mr. Cheeks, Afroman, DJ Abilities, Mac Lethal, Blueprint (Rhymesayers), Illogic, and Zion I. Tefman's frequent stage pounding has started to create a regional buzz for his music. As a result, Tefman recently had the opportunity to record with Academy Award winning artist Juicy J of Three 6 Mafia. The new single "Let's Do It" is already getting radio play in key markets throughout the Midwest.

Tefman of the L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S
Dexter Patterson a.k.a Tefman was born August 19th 1980 in Rock Island, Illinois. Shortly after his birth Patterson's father left the household battling addictions to alcohol and crack cocaine. Patterson's mother was forced to raise a boy into a man which in this day in age is never easy to do. Patterson spent most of his childhood on the move living in Illinois, Iowa, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. During his childhood Tefman had some great experiences but at the same time he was exposed to the epitome of what people consider the "street life". During these years Patterson developed a focus and a fierce passion to make his families life better. Patterson no longer wanted to settle for less refusing to accept poverty as his only option in life. Patterson's mother always told her son his God given talent was his brain and it would be many years before Tefman would emerge as an artist. Growing up Tefman excelled in his studies at school and also managed to shine in sports. Tefman's multiple talents led him to the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire to play college football and that is when he discovered his natural talent for music. During his time in Eau Claire Tefman and long time friend Killa Bane began their journey into music. The duo started off free-styling in the dorm rooms for friends and this eventually led to the formation of the Hip-Hop group the L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S.
The L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S dominated the college party and bar scene for years before becoming business oriented and serious with their music. The group released their debut album Soul Searching in 2005 which created an instant buzz in their local music scene. Since then the L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S have toured the Midwest and their current project "The L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S Theory" is now available on iTunes nationwide. Hard-work and dedication has started to take the L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S music to the next level. The L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S have recently shared stages with national acts such as Ludacris, T.I. , Three 6 Mafia, Twista, Jay Sean, IYAZ, Jaicko, Day 26, Wiz Khalifa, Fat Joe, Nelly, E-40, The Clipse, Devin the Dude, Mr. Cheeks, Afroman, DJ Abilities, Mac Lethal, Blueprint (Rhymesayers), Illogic, and Zion I. Backed by gritty beats, hard hitting lyrics, and endless energy the L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S are planning to crossover to a national audience in the near future. As a result,Tefman of the L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S recently had the honor to record singles with Academy Award winning artist Juicy J of Three 6 Mafia and Bizzy Bone of the group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Tefman also has two new solo projects in the works for 2011. The first project is a Mixtape with Violator All Star DJ Fusion of 93.1 Jamz. This Mixtape is part of the Dane County Edition series and is titled "Land of the Snow". The other project is Tefman's first solo LP "Feel Good Music" set to be released by the Spring of 2011.
