SOUTH BOUND
Out of the Dirty South, a.k.a. the Montgomery, Alabama area comes the 20-someting year old group SouthBound... The hip Hop, lyricist, Producer and Performers.
Born and reared in the South Lawn (Triple "D") & Ridge Crest (Big "O"), a place riddled with drugs and gangs activity, Triple "D" and Big "O" struggled to do right, but increasingly found them attracted to the lure of street life.
They listened religiously to local rappers like Dirty, Mr. Blue and Outkast-all of were signed to major and independent records labels at one point. But SouthBound did more than just listen to his favorite rappers; they were constantly penning their own rhymes, dreaming that someday SouthBound would make it............and they sign with a Independent Label ADG Records. ~Joined BMI organization dedicated to pay artist royalty for radio air play.
~Performed at The Rose Supper Club In Montgomery, Alabama.
~Performed at The ATL Style Club in Union Spring Alabama.
~Performed at The Main Event Club.
~Performed at The Unique Club with Mr. Blue.
~Performed at The Greenville Armory with Deuce Commardes.
~Performed at The Hunter Station Labor Day Event.
~Perfomed at Alabama Stae University.
~Receiving Radio Airplay on 93.9 WKXK Montgomery & Greenville, Alabama.
~Joined The Montgomery Music Society August 2004.
