Bio

I'm classically trained in singing and piano, but now I have to write minimalistic piano parts and use a loopstation because I have developed nerve pain in my hands and arms. Sometimes I just think "sod it" though and put in some hectic Beethovenesque stuff. The album "live at the thunderbolt" was recorded at the Thunderbolt in Bristol in 2009, where I was asked to perform at late notice as a warm up act for Furlined. I'm currently giving copies of the album away for free since the gig was a week after an operation which left my throat raw from the general anaesthetic tube and my brain high on codeine. Most of the time I play with Charlie Rose - violinist extraordinaire. But occassionally Bernadette Pike will join me on stage with some harmony action. ABA records, Jelli records and NP records have shown an interest in my music, but I remain unsigned and I'm planning to record my first proper album (bedroom recording doesn't count), which will be called "Strange Creatures".
