Bio

Welcome to the world of baby-faced folk-hero Rod Webber. Son of musical icon Andrew Lloyd Webber, and 50's pin-up girl Diane Webber, this one-man phenomenon has been setting fire to friends and foes alike with a ferocity matched only by his father. www.rodwebber.com

A quirky mix of mainstream and madness, Webber stitches his lyrical conundrums and infectious melodies into a truly original tapestry that keeps 'em coming back for more. Webber has charted on college radio throughout the U.S. and Canada and boasts a resume which includes 6 solo CDs, 2 musicals, and 1 feature length soundtrack CD. In addition to his solo work, he plays in a variety of bands, and is a regular on WFNX's Third Shift program. When he's not singing, Rod focuses his energy on writing and directing films. He is currently putting the finishing touches on his 7th solo CD and plans to tour with his back-up band in the spring.
