Songwriters Bev and Cliff Nelson have always found the more you give, the more you get back. This is exactly what they decided to do when they began songwriting. Bev and her husband, Cliff, became Coordinators of the Los Angeles N.S.A.I.. They led the L.A. group for five years and ran the Orange County N.S.A.I. group for another five years. During that time, they established strong relationships with many songwriters and artists, locally and in Nashville. The Nelsons continues to make frequent writing trips to Nashville to collaborate with many talented friends, some of which have reached #1 on the charts. Their songs have received play on ESPN, at Major League Baseball games, College Football, and the National Hockey League. Bev and her husband, Cliff, have multiple songs published in LA and Nashville, have had their music recorded by artist Nikki Wilkins, Seventhings, placed in a television commercial, video games, and a pilot for a Disney show.

Recently, Cliff and Bev have become part of the writing team, The System. The System consists of Andy Machin, Margaret McClure, Cliff Nelson and Bev Nelson. The foursome were put together by publisher, Rex Benson, and have been having a blast writing numerous pop songs. The System has a great sound and have been getting a lot of attention.

They led the L.A. group for five years until they started the Orange County N.S.A.I. and ran that group for another five years. She continues to make frequent writing trips to Nashville to collaborate with many of her talented friends, some of which have reached #1 on the charts. Bev and Cliff have received radio airplay of their own with "Got the Talking Part Done". The song has been played on major country stations across Florida, North Carolina and West Virginia, as well as, nationally on Sirius/XM radio. Another of her songs has received play on an ESPN affiliate, at Major League Baseball games, College Football, and the National Hockey League. Bev and her husband, Ciff, have had their music in a television commercial, video game, and a pilot for a Disney show.

Cliff Nelson coordinated N.S.A.I.-L.A. and N.S.A.I.-O.C. with his wife, Bev. Cliff says, "songwriting is a hobby gone wild". He co-writes with many talented writers in various genres, locally and in Nashville. Cliff helped co-write all the music for a Christian program being marketed to elementary children across the Country. He has songs that have been performed in high school competitions across the State. Cliff has had radio airplay, and many independent cuts, as well as, holds with major artists. Cliff spent the start of 2009 traveling with Warner Brothers recording artists "The Dirt Drifters" as they opened for Lynyrd Skynyrd and 38 Special. Cliff is one-third of the infamous trio, The Losers" who perform in Southern California and Nashville, and who have just released an independent CD. The Losers have also received radio airplay. Cliff and his wife, Bev, recently wrote a theme song for the United Way. Cliff and Bev have signed numerous single-song contracts and have been represented by publishers in Los Angeles and Nashville.
