The band model K is the result of the collaboration between longtime friends Marcos Menendez and Alessandro Mastrobuono who met in school 15 years ago. Durring that time, the two always played music together, but only recently thought to write songs and form a band. Menendez originally hailing from Queens, New York and Mastrobuono from Chicago, are joined by Boston born drummer Bill Sthully on drums. model K just recorded their self titled debut EP and are now gearing up for live shows in L.A.

Originally from new york city, chicago and boston its members collaborate to create alternative rock that appeals to a wide audience. 2007 marked the completion of the groups impressive self titled self released, debut EP model K.
