A Personal Introduction
The Model Citizens are a money-losing sextet of xenophobic Stanford MBA-types with day jobs. We boast a loyal following that consists mostly of spouses, alcoholics who wander in from events at SBC Park, underage groupies that are smuggled in under the guise of being "roadies," work buddies who like Devo, and paid security staff. We play your favorites from Devo, Talking Heads, Ramones, Nirvana and some newer tunes from the top of today's Billboard chart that I play in an attempt to get fans to join us after the show in the "band trailer." (See Song List). If you are a man or woman over 21 years of age who can afford a $10 cover charge, we want to hear from you.
