These included Haze, ShowKase, Cyrus Zane, Special Edition, Straight, Stevie V and the Machine, Prairie Fire, P3,Bounty Hunter and several bands as a hired gun. After surgery for thyroid cancer in 2003 he was told he may not speak again. Not one to quit, after just 6 weeks Mike was back on stage playing lead guitar with his friends in Bounty Hunter. A few weeks later he was singing again but health knocked him off the road again in 2005. This is when Mike started concentrating on writing and recording the songs presented here. Some are older songs that he wrote years ago and have been remade and others are fresh off the pad. Now back to full health and full speed, Mike is itching to play in public again. Now living in NY/NJ area, there should be plenty of opportunities. WeÂ?ll keep you posted.
