Mark is a born and raised New Yorker. His early performing background was mostly acting & musical theater but his first love has always been music. His many musical influences include such artists as Elton John, Billy Joel, Roland Orzabal, Phil Collins, Swing Out Sister, Chicago, Julia Fordham and so on. He has always believed that each of us has one inherent thing that provides us a joy found nowhere else. For Mark it's always been music. He is a tremendous lover of film which is where many his ideas for songs come from. Mark is currently working on new material at his home studio in Mass.

He is also a pop culture hound, particularly a tremendous lover of film which is where many his ideas for songs come from. He is currently working on new material at his home studio in New Jersey.
