The music world discovers Mark Fain as the guitar player / front-man for the modern rock band CHLORINE from Houston Texas. Their debut record Primer ( Time Bomb / Arista / Bmg ) currently re released on ( Legacy / Sony /Bmg ) is released and radio instantly takes to the single Way Out . MTV airs their video landing Mark and the band a permanent spot in machine better known as Rock and Roll. Chlorine proceeds to tour globally as both headliner and also as support for such well renown acts as ALICE COOPER, BUCK CHERRY, FUEL, KID ROCK etc... After years of touring Mark wastes no time in landing a lead guitar position in Duff Mckagen's ( GUNS-N-ROSES/VELVET REVOLVER ) band LOADED. Loaded inspired Mark to create his own band out of Los Angeles called BLACKLIST UNION in which he would just write the music and play both lead and rhythm guitars . In 2005 Blacklist entered the studio with producer Chris Johnson ( Josh Todd , Evanescance ) to create a huge riff oriented sounding record full of large rich guitar tones . As if not busy enough already that same year Mark along with X BUCK CHERRY drummer DEVON GLENN created a music project titled THE GETAWAY CAR . The Getaway Car found some nice success over seas at radio . In the fall of 2007 Mark launches the band FAIN. The bands music is manic , melodic , modern rock doused with a refreshing splash of deep dark pop dynamics . FAIN consists of stellar players including the drummer for such hailed British bands as THE TOWERS OF LONDON and PRODIGY Neal Eldridge. Fain is set to release its first body of work recorded at Great Eastern Studios, London England sometime in 2010. In late 2008 Mark packed up his family and made the move from Los Angeles to his hometown of Houston , Texas where he has recently launched GOLD TOOTH DISPLAY MUSIC .
