My Younger Music Career

Played accordion,guitar and lead vocals in a Band named "I Don't Know."

I Don't Know" was a band from Hialeah. The 1993 release "Gullible's Travels" featured the track "Mr. Malcolm's Chronicles", which was perhaps the 2nd most popular indie South Florida song of the 90's. "I'm Not Average" by The Goods was the clear cut ..1. I Don't Know ceased to exist in it's current form at the end of 1996. I Don't Know reunited for shows in 2000 and 2001. and now for some facts:
> sold over 3000 copies of first full-length release, Gullible's Travels

> showcased at South By Southwest Music Conference in Austin,TX in 1994

> showcased at Cutting Edge Music Conference in New Orleans,La in 1994

> showcased at Southeast Music Conference in Tampa,FL in 1995

> featured in Billboard Magazine's Continental Drift in November 19,1994 issue

> performed over 250 shows throughout Florida, Georgia, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and Louisiana

> voted best local band in 1995 WPLG (ABC) Channel 10 reader's poll

> Critic's choice - Best Rock and Roll band in 1995 by Miami New Times

> won 1995 Florida Jammy Award for Best Eclectic Band

> featured on South By Southwest ABC Television special

> performed at first ZETAFEST in 1996 in front of 23,000 fans, along with Candlebox, Cracker, and Holy Barbarians.

> also opened shows for: Ween, Sublime, The Toasters, The Smithereens, Cheap Trick, Marilyn Manson, Seven Mary Three, Barenaked Ladies, Aquarium Rescue Unit, Tabitha's Secret (now better known as Matchbox 20), Murphy's Law, The Mavericks, The Blue Meanies, Magadog, Mephiskapheles, L.U.N.G.S., Skankin' Pickle, For Squirrels, Smile, The Fenwicks, Five-Eight, Chocolate U.S.A., Donkey, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, To Live & Shave In L.A., The Hazies, Nil Lara, Richie Havens, Less Than Jake, and even Blue Oyster Cult! We were also kicked off a bill with King Missile for having an offensive flyer and kicked off of a bill with Los Fabulosos Cadillacs over a dispute between their manager and their label.
