Logarhythm is an original Madison rock band whose goal is to provide an atmosphere that brings people together under the universal language of music. We strive to deliver a diverse sound, pulling from the many different genres of music that we love. In a typical set we may go from rockabilly to jazz to reggae to rock. Our most dedicated fans are those who share our open-minded approach for musical appreciation and we have found there are many of us out there. However, we also have something to offer the listener that may be a little more opinionated. By hooking them in with one song, we will then try to open them up with another. In the end, we are all about having a good time.

Logarhythm's Biography
LOGARHYTHM was formed out of Madison's local jam rock community. Bands will come and go, but the music never stops. In this case, local favorites Groovulous Glove and The Sugar were winding down to their final days which left a couple of members looking for something new. This is how Aaron (formerly with The Sugar) and Ryan (formerly with Groovulous Glove) got together. They had met at The Great Grickle Grass Jam (a local roots festival) and knew right away that they were traveling in the same direction. They jammed with Michael who had played with Aaron in The Sugar. It was a fit. However, they were still unsure how or if this new project would develop. Thus they were still looking around for other musicians to jam with. That's when one night at a local show Matty (Bassist for The Woods) mentioned that he was trying to get a project started with a friend of his, Scotty, and they were looking for some other musicians. Scotty (a yooper with an extensive musical background) proved to be well worth his weight in whiskey. So, they brought it all together to see how it would work. Well, let's just say that they get along like any fun loving family. With Scotty's multi-instrument talent and our wide variety of influences as a band, they came up with the sound they were looking for: tightly arranged rock with the ability to pull from the many genres that they love. Whether you prefer country to funk or jazz to reggae, LOGARHYTHM has something for everyone and most of all it's all about a good time!
