Music is often like a prayer for me, a way to communicate what is happening in my soul. I started playing guitar when I was a missionary on a remote island in the South Pacific. My father sent me a guitar and chord book and I learned how to play. Been writing and singing ever since. I am a follower of Christ and find the path can be full of challenges. It's hard to trust, believe, be consistent, etc. God is always faithful, but I'm not. At least not as much as I want to be. Most of my songs are about that struggle. I hope that others find some encouragement from my songs in their own journeys.
