I was born in the City of New Orleans LA, and raised in the Calliope Projects. Music has always been my way to escape from the harsh reality of everyday life and my way to see the struggles that other people have. I've been writing and making music since the age of 8, it has been my passion ever since. I see music as a tool to get a point across and a tool to express any emotion, thoughts ect...and I use it just for that. Living in the project was tough as it is in every poor community. I made some decisions I felt was necessary to survive which forced me to learn allot of life's lessons the hard way, I soon started to realize I had to change or I would have the same abrupt ending as some of my friends. I was and am still very determine to make my mark on life. I joined the Military with one thing in mind surviving; my concept for joining the military was if I die in the military then at least I will die for a cause, then for no reason at all. First I wasn't too acceptable with the Military way of business but still stayed in and eventually opened up because it was all I had. I started to allow the military to somewhat raise me and shatter some of my beliefs and negativity but without really changing who I am, ultimately making me a better person a better writer and a better entertainer. The Change was very hard because of my attitude and my persona from being raised in the projects but it was well worth it. While in the Military I became more focus with my music and gain allot more life experience. I met some brilliant people who have helped me sharpen my skills and really opened my eyes to how good I am. I have performed in almost all 50 states and in different countries, even when I'm on military business, such as being deployed to Iraq, I still manage to push my music and entertain the people. I believe I have a slight different story to tell then every other artist who makes it, my story start from the projects struggling and fighting to survive, and onto Iraq fighting and struggling to survive
