For the majority of his professional career, Joshua Moyer has prided himself in experiencing every facet imaginable in the musical milieu. At 29, he has produced a handful of operas, recorded two albums of his own material, and taken on numerous roles in both the Musical Theater and Operatic genres. He holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Duquesne University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College. While at Duquesne he sang the title roles in Albert Herring and The Gypsy Baron. He also produced four operas for the school. Two of these, The Medium and The Telephone, were taken to the May Opera Festival in Stara Zagora , Bulgaria. Mr. Moyer has just returned from the VOICExperience program at Opera Tampa where he coached with Sherrill Milnes, Tito Capobianco, Jorge Parodi, Howard Watkins, Dan Gettinger and David Friedman. Joshua currently studies with Dr. Julian Kwok in New York City.
