Hello, my name is James Hall Davis. My influences range from the Stanley Brothers to Pink Floyd. I have been writing and performing since 1994. I have recorded 3 Alternative Rock CD's and 1 Country CD. I have peformed in clubs, drug and alcohol treatment centers, Tv, and radio stations. It is my sincere desire to make it as a singer/songwriter. At the age of 12 I began a love affair with music and never stopped believing. I have overcome many obstacles along the way. I was diagnosed with hepatitis C in 2000 and underwent interferon/robovarin treatments . I went into remission 2003. I lost everything to addiction. I have been clean and sober for 12 years now. I got into bodybuilding to win back my health. Today by the grace of God I am stronger and more determined than ever to succeed!

Hello my musical firends! Now, after being distraced for some time, I have a new CD that will be available within the next month or so. We are down to to the mastering. It is Country with rockabilly and alternative influences. We are excited about this year long project. their will be a lot radion play so be watching my page for updates . a lot of changes will become evident with this site! Bio
My name is James Hall Davis. I was born in Tipton, Indiana. In addition I have had the privilege to live in Tennessee, Georgia, and now Arkansas. My family is blessed with many talented musicians and singers. My musical background is colorful and varied. Bluegrass, Country, Gospel and Southern Rock have been my primary influences. I have been writing and performing my on songs since 1994. I have recorded 3 Alternative Rock CD's and I am currently nearing the completion of my Country CD. I have peformed in clubs, beer gardens, nursing homes, schools, drug and alcohol treatment centers, and fundraisers. I have played on local tv and radio stations as well. Ultimately, it is my sincere desire to make it as a singer/songwriter. In fact, I dream of the day when someone or some company believes in me enough to sign me up! Yet, I am a realist and I have been at this long enough to know my chances are better if I am noticed for my writing talents first. That is why I am submitting my songs to other performers who are farther along in this process than I am. At the age of 12 I began a life long love affair with music and never stopped believing.
