Godis Bio

Godis Music is the collaboration of singer/songwriter Godis and writer/producer partner Anthony Zito.

Godis, raised in Utah, began writing lyrics as a child and won a local songwriting competition at 13. In writing much of this material, she often reached to her personal experiences of internal family struggle and the challenges of growing up in a religious community and a confused.world to inspire her. Her vocal performances married with her honest and intelligent lyics reach deep transcending the boundaries of pop. The project has placed six songs in platinum selling video games, received substantial airplay in the region with two #1 "most requested" songs on the "BUZZ" in Southern Idaho and placed songs in two extreme sports "made for TV" specials aired on the Outdoor Life Network.
