Gangai's Bio

Gangai was born in 1979 and raised in the city of Chennai in India. Since childhood, he had a love for music and started learning to play the guitar during his college years at Loyola College.

After earning his bachelor of commerce, in January 2002, Gangai experienced an intimate life-changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ during a charismatic retreat. Soon after this, he sensed his calling in worship ministry and since then, has been actively serving in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in India as a worship leader among other things. He also completed his masters in business administration.

Gangai’s passion for worshiping God and zeal to keep learning are helping him to grow steadily in ministry and he leads worship and speaks at retreats, prayer groups and conventions in India. He also loves to write songs of worship.
