finch

finch started out in a band called 'one too many penguins' in the 80s. they played a mixture of jazz and pop. the highlight of their career was playing at the kingston green fair where they earnt a free vegiburger each. they disbanded after 3 years. finch continued to write songs and a few years ago played the open mic circuit in berkshire with voice and acoustic guitar, most notably at jagz in ascot and the windsor arts centre. in 2011 finch eventually began to take music seriously on broadjam. finch has got to the uk songwriting semi finals in '09 with a jazz ballad 'summer breeze'. finch just missed the semis the last year with a ballad 'nothing 2 give'.
