Donna King's Bio

Strong, powerful, and distinctive this is the sound of Donna King.
She was born in Toronto, Ontario, but raised in Mississauga. Donna King is no stranger to the stage. Her first time on the stage was at the age of 13 where she entered a local contest "YTV Vocal Spotlight" in Toronto .
Some of Donna's other highlights in her career were, at the age of 16, Donna King was chosen to perform at the world famous "Show Time at The Apollo" in Harlem, New York as part of their amateur night contest.
Donna also displayed her talents at the "Canadian Idol competition", and at the "New York International Music Festival" where she was nominated in two categories and won for Best Inernational Artist and Best R&B Female Artist.
Donna is presently working on her EP to be released at the end of this year. Be on the look out for Donna King and her live band at upcoming events in Toronto.
