Daniel Healy

Daniel Healy is a Talented Singer/Songwriter from Glasgow Scotland. In 2004 he won the Guitar Hero Singer/Songwriter of the year award with his song ..Goodbye... Later that year he played open mic nights and small acoustic gigs all over town making a name for himself in the acoustic scene.

In 2005 he formed 'Eoscene' the critically acclaimed Glasgow Trio. Daniel was also named Top 5 Songwriters in the Daily Record's new artist competition.

Eoscene split after a year and Daniel decided to go back to his singer/songwriter roots.

Daniel recently won Jim Gellatly's XFM myspace cadet competition with 60% of the public vote.

With a mix of Jazz, pop and acoustic Daniel's sound is truly unique and with over 30000 hits on 'myspace' things are looking good.


Daniel has just finished his first EP. The EP is now available and contains 4 tracks that showcase his songwriting abilities. The EP is produced by ex-China Crisis keyboard player Brian McNeil who has engineered and produced the likes of The Mull Historical Society, Simple Minds, Danny Wylie and Del Amitri, to name but a few.

Daniel is totally different from anything that is on the scene at the moment. He is a gifted Musician, Singer/Songwriter with an extraordinary voice and captivating stage presence.

With heartfelt songs, catchy hooks and a wealth of talent, this young man wants to go all the way......
