Vocalist/songwriter/acoustic guitarist Retta Guest Choate began performing professionally while in college, staying mostly with acoustic pop, soft rock and contemporary, modern folk music. Past recorded efforts are an independently released EP and a video recorded in Nashville. Retta has been written up in Promotion magazine.

Milkglass Flame is Retta's first full length album released on her own label with nine original tunes. "Evil Villains", a haunting 9/11 song, will ring an emotional chord with any American. Her popular version of Rocky Racoon is selling well internationally. "ME" tells of her love for the state of Maine.
