The Band

Why Busha? In Brazilian slang,bucha means a troubling situation, problem to be resolved under pressure, etc... To have the same pronunciation as in portuguese, we decided to mix bush and bucha (BUSHA).

Who are we? Three musicians with important aging gap: Igor 22,plays the guitar and vocals,
Andre 42,plays bass and vocals,
Waldemir 55, drums and back vocals.
•Igor has studied at the Santa Marcelina – a music college in S. Paulo. Is vocal component in a Led Zeppelin cover band, but prefer to play his own way.
•Andre has experienced several guitar performances in dancing bands in S. Paulo.
•Waldemir played for 20 years in non professional bands.

Our Music? Rock and Roll with heavy influence of Blues, to be played in the most bare way. No pedals, no complexity allowing anyone who likes the music to have cover performances better than ours. Also, we can have public performances in simple stages with minimum equipment.

Expectation: Recall old fashion rock and roll to allow public to play again with an accoustic guitar in parties, meetings etc and recover the brilliant era of 70’s /80’s.
