Bio

Barbara Garriel is a New York-based singer-songwriter. She is an artist whose "voice is the voice of every woman." Influenced by many styles of music, Barbara explores an eclectic blend of blues, pop, country, and folk-rock, with a whole lot of heart and soul.

The music and lyrics on her debut album Ample Patience were all written by Barbara Garriel. She plays guitar and sings lead and harmony vocals. While Barbara's musical influences are many, her voice and style remain her own.

Besides writing songs and performing, Barbara is a teacher, author, and writing workshop facilitator for adults and children.
