Andre Nault (pronounced No) grew up in Gatineau PQ a city next to Ottawa (Capital of Canada). Not being very good with words; music became his path when he realized it allowed him to express himself. As a guitarist he also enjoyed the attention he got from the girls...

Andre Nault describes his music as “Home made Rock” and his biggest musical influences are: Interpol, Yeah Yeah Yeah's, Block Party, Arcade fire, Broken Social Scene, Stars, The Bravery, Mogwai, God Speed You Black Emperor, Queens of the Stone Age, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and Radiohead.

What makes his music unique? As a multi instrumentalist he plays and records all the instruments on his recordings. The fact that he is a Quebecois (Canadian of French descendants) also contributes to his originality; he’s been exposed to a lot of French music and culture. All this brings a certain flavor or color to his compositions.

What's next for him? He wants to spend some time at home with his wife and new born baby girl and make money selling his recordings for TV, Film and video games. No more gigs or long drives. Moving equipment and partying aren’t fun anymore.
