Alan Weston
Alan was born in Clevedon, Somerset, UK and spent his formative years there. Playing in local bands and some solo work earned Alan a local following and some respect as a guitarist, singer and songwriter.
In 1988 Alan and his family moved to Sussex and after many years without writing and very little playing Alan bought a small home studio system and began the latest and most enjoyable stage of his musical journey.
Alan now writes and records at his Sussex home, playing all instruments (with the occasional assistance of son Craig on drums) and sings all vocals.
Although he would prefer not to be 'pigeon holed' Alan admits that his strongest songs are probably his ballads, though other songs such as 'Bay Of Dreams' and 'Waiting For You' possibly blow this theory apart and ' Tequila Nights' a popular latin song will take you even further.... In the end you will decide, whatever you believe, you will love the songs.
