Celebrating the union of the sound of our voices with physical and mental stretching and relaxing while creating gently vibrating sounds originating from our lower core.

So far have been enjoying belly dance movements with Qi Gong, yoga stretches, Shanti Dhrupad nada yoga, and all the wonderful sound toning experiences with friends to help loosen and soften one to a more relaxed and open place to make the gently vibrating sounds.

Making the gently vibrating sounds helps the physical and mental aspects of self (spirit) to reach blissful states of ecstatic awarenesses.
