Sunny's written songs for feature films, four prime time TV theme songs, songs for soaps & primetime shows such as "The Young and the Restless," "As The World Turns," "Touched By An Angel" and "Lost" on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and HBO, parade songs for Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure, featured end title songs for video games for X-Box-360 and Sony Playstation II, songs for Yamaha products and featured songs for documentaries, charities, awards shows and special events such as political fundraisers, the LA Music Center Anniversary Celebration and an ABC Radio broadcast from the site of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Sunny's song "Strength of a Woman," recorded by the late Phyllis Hyman, was Phyllis' favorite song she had recorded and has become the title of Phyllis' biography.

Many of Sunny's songs have been featured on compilation CDs benefitting UNICEF, including Pier 1's "Gratitude, Life & Love" with Stevie Wonder, Amy Grant, Elton John and Sunny's song "Ain't No Stoppin' Sunshine" recorded by Yoli Tamu, which was also featured on camera in LL Cool J's romantic comedy film, "Deliver Us From Eva."

Sunny's written for musical theater, classical projects and at 16, in her hometown, St. Paul, Minnesota, wrote, orchestrated and performed in concert and on National Public Radio her "Concerto for Oboe" with a 100-piece orchestra. As an oboist, she won the prestigious W.A.M.S.O., Schubert Club, Thursday Musical and Minnesota Arts Board competitions, as well as many other live and televised talent competitions as a vocalist and instrumentalist.

A keyboardist as well as an oboist, Sunny writes, arranges, performs, programs, produces and engineers her music in her recording studio in Los Angeles, as well as in many other studios coast to coast. Her songs have been produced by such luminaries as Narada Michael Walden, Phil Ramone, Randy Bachman, Jerry Hey, Marco Marinangeli and Gamble & Huff.

As a singer, Sunny has been featured in over 1000 performances in arenas, ballrooms and concerts ranging from singing jazz on the French Riviera with Count Basie alums to fronting a 110 piece band for 40,000 people in sunny California. She's sung on over 2000 recordings ranging from pop and R&B to country and jazz.

Sunny's a member of BMI, AFM, SAG and AFTRA. As an actress, she's appeared in film, TV and theater, from Superbowl commercials to "The Sound of Music" with nine different casts.

A longtime voting member of NARAS, Sunny joined the Recording Academy's delegation to Washington, D.C. for Arts Advocacy Day to lobby Congress for more funding for public school music education. She musically mentors inner city youth and volunteers for several arts programs helping the homeless and troubled teens express their hearts and heal through writing.

She's an enthused pollworker every election, supports many charities, keeps the Christmas tree up in the kitchen all year and enjoys exploring the inspirational churches of planet Earth, from the amazing cathedrals of Europe to infant congregations in theaters, conferences and the dreams of those who envision a peaceful, grateful world filled with wonder and compassion.
