Mark Moore Productions was started in 1984 and has grown to 15 recorded albums, concerts, touring in the midwestern region, music education, and other projects. Contemporary music of all styles is part of Mark Moore Productions with an emphasis in jazz.

Mark Moore recieved his music education from National Music Camp, Interlochen Arts Academy, U of Miami, U of Iowa, and graduated from U of Northern Iowa with a BA in music and general studies. Time was spent at Berklee School of Music, and Mark Moore Productions existed in Orlando, FL for 35 years. Mark Moore now resides in Burlington, Iowa pursuing music, and plans to live on family farm, farming organically as well.

A recent project was a concert at the Mediapolis Community Theatre with a jazz sextet of regional musicians. A recording of this concert (Mark Moore With Friends Aboard) was submitted for a grammy nomination in jazz in 2010. Mark Moore was born in Mediapolis, Iowa, the son of Max and Marjorie Moore. He attended National Music Camp and Interlochen Arts Academy his senior year of high school then attended college at U of Miami, U of Iowa, and graduated from U of Northern Iowa with a BA in Music and General Studies. Mark Moore Productions was started in 1984 and has grown to 15 albums of recorded music, music education, performances throughout the midwest, and other musical projects. Mark Moore has been in the music industry for 35 years, spending most of that time in Orlando, FL. Music employment in Orlando area included Carnival Cruise Lines and Walt Disney World. Presently Mark is living in Burlington, Iowa and is involved in community projects as well such as Friends of the Depot, a non-profit organization renovating the city Amtrak depot. He plans to live on his family farm and farm organically as well. Presently he has begun the Max Moore Conservation Area and Wildlife Habitat on the family farm. Presently he is performing at Sunnybrook Retirement Homes on Steinway pianos, Harvest Hills in Quincy, Illinois, and Senior Expos in Illinois as well.

Present and upcoming projects include: A solo jazz piano CD, Lutheran hymns CD collaborating with Mark Matthews of Australia, an invitation from William Ackerman to record at Imaginary Road Studios in Vermont (with Windham Hill). Performance planned at newly renovated Capitol Theatre in Burlington, Iowa an art deco theatre from the 1940's. Performances throughout the midwest right now at retirement homes and other venues as well.
