Who is Congress working for?

Everyone always seems to hate the plan
Especially one from a black man
Another real problem that comes with change
It makes the status-quo go insane
Life's just rosy for our Congressmen
No insurance, that's your problem

So you kill the messenger, even though we're sure
It's been coming for a while
You want someone to hang, who better than him?
