Lyrics
She don?t return his phone calls; he can?t give up
They?ve never met, but yet, he thinks he loves her
Computer match-up that didn?t quite seem to match
His life?s become a total blur
Obsession; it?s got him
He can?t stop seeing her face
Obsession; it?s a killer
Of the human race
Getting ready for work, putting on her dress
Has no clue; her moves are being watched
The corner of the hall, a dark hiding place
Locks the door behind her, he steps from his spot
Obsession; it?s got him
He can?t stop seeing her face
Obsession; it?s a killer
Of the human race
He?s like a Venus Fly-trap, driven? by his need
Devours what he touches; sickened by his deed
Lieutenant Trout investigates, studies all the clues
Who could have done this terrible thing
He won?t rest till he catches this evil maniac
It consumes him; he can?t forget what he?s seen
Obsession; it?s got him
He can?t stop seeing her face
Obsession; it?s a killer
Of the human race
