I wanted to convey this message, first in a poem, and then in a fast, catchy, punk tempo song

Song Description

It is about the emotional baggage we carry with us, hence the "demons" of the title. The insight of the song is that we can not erase or ignore these demons. It is better to acknowledge them, but give them no power. This is the meaning of the Chorus: Demo
